Subscriptions and Payments

Scriptwise offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

We may change subscription fees at any time, but will give you advance notice before changes apply to you. If you don't agree with the fee changes, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling your subscription before the change takes effect.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you won't be issued a refund for the current billing cycle. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scriptwise and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Scriptwise. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Scriptwise be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months (if any).

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website before the changes become effective. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
